nbaja Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the nbaja platform accessible at nbaja.org. They cover account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus usage, game rules, prohibited conduct, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, responsible gaming obligations, and the procedures for account suspension or termination. • A valid mobile phone number registered in your own name, which will be used for account verification and withdrawal authentication.

• A secure password that is unique to nbaja and not reused from other platforms or services.
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above at the time of registration.

nbaja may at any time request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, bank statement or mobile financial service statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure, with balances subject to review. Verification is conducted to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage access and other prohibited activities.

nbaja accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. nbaja does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside nbaja's control. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which under normal circumstances occurs within minutes.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification and wagering requirement completion where applicable. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Any bonus or associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• nbaja reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus at any point if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, use of a third party's payment method, or provision of false registration information.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake while a bonus wagering requirement is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Maximum bet values for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Users of nbaja agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account or identity, including using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence programmes or any automated system to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the platform to convert illegally obtained funds into platform balances or withdrawals.
• Sharing account access credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your balance.
• Attempting to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform software for personal gain. Any winnings derived from a known or identifiable bug are void and will be reversed.

nbaja employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, nbaja will act without prior notice and is not obligated to provide detailed explanations of the specific triggers that resulted in account action.

All content on the nbaja platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is owned by or licensed to nbaja and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the nbaja platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from nbaja.

The nbaja name, logo and all related brand marks are proprietary identifiers of nbaja. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any nbaja trademark, service mark, logo or brand name without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of nbaja's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may be pursued through civil and criminal legal channels.

nbaja provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbaja disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. nbaja does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

In no event shall nbaja, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if nbaja has been advised of the possibility of such damages. nbaja's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbaja is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance not subject to an open investigation will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
